The varieties are matched so that leaf development and flavours complement each other. Production time can be as short as four weeks. This mix contains salad rocket, red giant mustard, green wave mustard and mizuna.

Vegetable plugs will be sent as small plug plants, usually bare rooted in cardboard packaging and will be be anywhere between 10cm and 20cm tall.

You can grow them on in pots in a greenhouse or sunny windowsill for a couple of weeks if the weather is not warm enough to plant them out direct.
